Any account closure performed by the platform in accordance to 4.2 renders the user liable for any losses and forfeits the platform’s responsibility on said account.

5.1 In the event of any system or communications errors regarding the settlement of accounts, the platform will have no liability and it reserves the right to correct such errors including through the removal of the problem feature
5.2 MNL168 may alter or amend the products offered in the platform
5.3 MNL168 has the power to make the final decision regarding disputes in game results

VI. Promotion Terms and Conditions

6.1 User must meet the specific eligibility requirement, deposit a certain amount or play a particular game, to qualify for bonus redemption
6.2 User must fulfill the required rollover requirements to withdraw promotion winnings
6.3 User can only avail one promotion at a time
6.4 There is no refund on bets made when cancelling a promotion
6.5 User with multiple accounts will be disqualified from promotions
